Max number of workers when running Submit Accounting

How to determine the optimal Number Of Workers value to parse into Submit Accounting? What is the usual practice?

I understand the flow of Submit Accounting-> Revenue Recognition Master and the fact that it
uniformly distributes the processing over these workers for better  (paral) performance etc. Just need to recommend the better parameter value for the ongoing run...
