Issue with cross reference trigger or enablement process

After completion of online enablement during R12.2 upgrade and while applying R12.2.6 upgrade I found an issue that the NODE_NAME#1 column in applsys.fnd_nodes was not populated correctly with NODE_NAME column values. It has all NULL values. I rechecked the enablement reports and could not find anything related to FND_NODES. Any idea on this issue? Is there some cross reference trigger etc missing or something wrong during the enablement process?
