Account Analysis Drill Down- Not working with maximum segment value

Dear  All,

Our  application version is R12.1.3 

In General Ledger Super user ->Inquiry -> Account Analysis drill down

We have  total  8 segment with 2 for future 1 & future 2.

Generally for all standard report  segment value  we will enter  minimum and maximum value.

For example for department, we have  totally  five value -00,01,02,03,04.

In parameter - minimum we will enter 00 and  max  value 99  ------even though  99 not in our database.

The report  used to work ..

But this -Account Analysis Drill Down-    not working.

We gave below parameter value :

For From Period -> We enter  from value with  minimum value- zero value. ( department minimum 00 ) -  Search create is working
