Custom Corporate Branding Image not displaying in Custom WebADI

Hi All,

We are using R12.2.4 version of Oracle EBS and trying to implement Custom WebADI Integrator.

As part of that implementation, we are trying to implement the custom corporate branding but we are unable to see that custom image in webADI excel sheet even though that GIF image is already present in "OA_MEDIA" for all the application tiers with 777 privileges. We have specified the image name at the WebADI Layout level.

We are getting the following error message at the place where image should be appeared:

"The linked image cannot be displayed. The file may have been moved, renamed, or deleted. Verify that the link points to the correct file and location."
