QA Check successful Concurrent program should run how to

Hello,

I am in Service Contracts need help for some queries how to approach:

When QA check is used for approving the contract, if the QA check is successful, a concurrent program should automatically run with the respective contract number and the xml output from the concurrent program needs to be sent as an attachment to the email address of end customer .

Please need help
