What is a version mismatch error when attempting to run a One View Financial Statement?

I have a client on Tools 9.2.0 running BI Publisher 11.1.1 (could not get any finer resolution on the version number) that is having problems getting One View Financial Statements to run.  The four delivered financial statements have been imported into their environment.  I adjusted the Layout Version of the Consolidated Balance Sheet so that it will pull from the client's data and successfully managed to get into the Layout Editor.  So far everything works fine.

The problem is when I attempt to run any of the statements.  The submitted statement queue shows the statement at a Status 2 - Statement Run Complete.  When I try to view the statement I get:
