Dynamic rows and columns not displaying correctly in the Excel output in XML report.

Dynamic rows and columns not displaying  correctly in the Excel output.For example if i have data for 7 columns in one row and for the next row i have only data for 2 columns.How to handle it in the RTF.I am attaching my rtf  ,xml data file and sample output file.
