R3483 generate B message instead of E message

Hello,

I've a case which I did not understand. The MRP is run in One step on Multiple Branch plant. The process that I'm using is the following :

Step 1 : The MRP is generated a transfert order OT to another Branch for 15 ea

Step 2 : The ST/OT is create manually (not using the OT message process P3411 ) but directly within the P4210 with the same quantity 15 ea

Step 3 : Before making the ship confirm of the ST, if the MRP is run again, then the message OT dissapear.

Step 4 : I Ship confirm the ST/OT then the OT is receive in the receipt routing.
