Changing default entry of a drop down list

Hi community,

I am looking to change a default entry of a drop down list at responsibility level. The steps to reproduce where I'm doing this are as follows:

- In Sourcing, I am creating a new RFQ and adding an attachment at header level (under the 'Notes and Attachments' table).

- To add the attachment, I click the 'Add Attachments...' button.

- Under the table named 'Attachment Summary Information', there is a drop down list called 'Category' - It is this drop down that I wish to change the default entry of, at responsibility level (so that the default entry is not changed in other responsibilities).
