Has anyone created a script to import text from an Excel Journal file into FDMEE?

Has anyone created a script to import text from an Excel Journal file into FDMEE 11.1.2.4.210?

This feature is missing from FDMEE, but we use it extensively in FDM Classic.  Without the ability to import Text from JV Excel files, we can not migrate to FDMEE.

Oracle states "The referenced Enhancement Request - 17948238 - CELL TEXT LOADING ENHANCEMENTS - is still pending, and there is no indication that it is committed to be included in any upcoming release." and "There is an Enhancement Request for this functionality already. I have attached this service request to that Enhancement Request. Currently there is NO code written to implement this functionality and NO ETA."
