Punch Out Error when checking out from Vendor website

Hi

We have set up iProcurement punchout in our tests system Oracle R11. We can connect to teh Vendor website and order goods, when we checkout the items and try to get back to iProcurement to finish the process we get the below error. Anyone any ideas where to start investigating on this?
