How to desable McAfee release 8.8.08000 running Windows 7 for download firmware

Hello Team,

After installing my laptop with new OBI W7 , McAfee Virus Scan Enterprise 8.8.0800 doesn't allow to desable it.

Before with the previous release , with quick setting it was allow to desable it ?

I can't do any firmware upgrade.

If some one can give me a solution.
