FRM-99999: Error 408 occurred. See the release notes file (relnotes).

Hi Forum,

I have got the forms error "FRM-99999: Error 408 occurred. See the release notes file (relnotes) for information about this error".

I was trying to add one account code in the GL Accounts.

Logged in with AR Super User responsibility, went to <Oracle GL boxes for ENABLED, Allow Posting and Allow Budgeting were already selected. I then clicked on SAVE and got the message that "FRM-40400: Transaction Completed: 1 Record Applied and Saved". Immediately I clicked OK button and I got the following message in the footer that "FRM-99999: Error 408 occurred. See the release notes file (relnotes) for information about this error".
