New Deployment Server for Upgrade

Hello All,

We are on JDE Eone 9.1 (9.1.5.5 TR), our Deployment server is Windows 2008 (64 bit), local DB OEE 11 & VC++ 2008. We are planning to upgrade JDE application release 9.2, as per MTR 9.2.1 is only supported with windows 2012 & higher, local DB OEE 12c & VC++ 2010. We have lot of new changes with 9.2.1 TR when we do upgrade from 9.1.5.5. Since our development team wants to continue their Dev and promotion activities with existing release with old deployment server while we are upgrading (No code freeze), we thought of using or planning new deployment server (Latest supported Windows version with latest MTR) for our 9.2 upgrade.

In this scenario I have couple of question to get clarified:
