Essbase studio does not show special characters

Hi all; I have a problem when run a drill through report to a Teradata table having special characters (Á É Í ñ Ñ; etc); even if I try to view the sample data in data source tables, show an '?' instead the special characters. I copied the table to an Oracle table and the sample view data shows the special characters. in the attached file is showing the query result and drill through rep results.

I'm using a teradata JDBC diver 14.10, Essbase Studio 11.2.1.1 and 11.1.2.4; when deploy the application to Essbase, the special characters is showing correctly; so the problem is in Drill thorugh and Essbase studio console.
