Linux filesystem for an OLTP Oracle 12c database

Hi

We are implementing a 12c Database on Suse Linux 12. This is a stand alone database. No RAC

IF we are not using ASM, what is oracle's recommendation in terms of file system (ext3/ext4/xfs) to be used with oracle for an OLTP database?

Is there a white paper or recommendation from Oracle on tuning the EXT4 or XFS file system for an OLTP database?
