cannot completely delete oracle 12.1.0.2 home because of wallets

We are running Oracle 12.1.0.2.0 on windows 12 server and I have uninstalled the oracle 12.1.0.2 software by running the deinstall.bat file, but I can't delete the entire oracle home because of wallets.

I can't log in as UJ-NVZZ-DB27\oracledbauser because its a windows user I created during the oracle 12 install and to my knowledge does not have remote log in rights.

How do I get rid of below wallet files so I can completely delete the oracle home and reinstall into same directory paths?
