Fail to Download files after upgrade

Hi folks, after a apparently successful upgrade from version 9.3.5 to 9.3.6 I can't download the files attached when the instance was on 9.3.5 version.

After the upgrade the File Manager works fine with new uploaded files but fails with the old ones.

The error message says: Fail to download "FILE NAME", because the following reason: Specified file (FILE NAME) could not be located, Please contact the administrator.

I'm wondering if a missed any step.
