Can not able start database in RAC 2nd node

Problem Summary

Can not able start database in RAC 2nd node

Problem Description

---------------------------------------------------

While attempting start its showing CRS-5005: IP Address: 10.20.11.249 (vip) is already in use in the network. Adding same ip using" ifconfig eth1:2 10.20.11.249 up"

its showing another issue ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
