Add Video/PDF on JDE Applications

Hi,

I would like to know if its possible to Add Video/PDF on JDE Applications.

For example: For submitting expenses from Expense application or creating Purchase order, I want to add a Video or PDF with the steps to create Order, so that users can view the PDF and follow the steps.
