Executed rpasinstall with incorrect globaldomainconfig.xml

During our last patch install in MFP (RPAS 14.1) we executed rpasinstall with incorrect globaldomainconfig.xml. Our production env has 32 domains but test had 43 and accidentally the test globaldomainconfig was executed during the patchinstall in prod. We realized this after a few days of the install. Is there a way to fix this? Users have not reported any errors due to this so far. Any quick response is appreciated.
