Golden Gate upgarde TO 12C

Hi All

We have source and target database RAC datatbase running 11.2.0.4 along with Golden GATE version 12.1.2.1.8 classic capture. As per our project update, we need to do upgrade of database 12.1.0.2 and oracle recommends after db upgrade, GG needs to be upgrade either to 12,1.2.1.8 or 12.2 . Please send me the list of steps that needs to perform.
