Credit Check Rule

Hi,

If I have left the Credit Limit as Null/Blank at all levels like Customer/Org will the credit check hold still apply

I want credit check hold to apply based on payment terms only. Like if payment term is NET 30 and Max due past date set to 10 days and I do not receive payment in 40 days, after this ay order being booked should go on hold.
