Help on Advance pricing Discount 'Coupon Code' for first order on the Estore.

Wondering if there is a way to set up "couponcodes" that could be redeemed for a percentage off an order that would automatically calculate like a promo code.

These codes ould be a one-time use coupon and specific to a customer. They are looking to offer something like this to customers for their first order on the EStore.

I'm not aware of this being an option, but wanted to check with the experts.
