2 questions: about how to control the MRP message type display or not & why C type display

I am now working on a customer project and I use the MRP to help they deal with the planning work.

I have set the work order's freeze code as "Y" , but the F message type still display after I ran the MRP.

Somebody told me that I can delete the "F" type in the UDC 34/MT, but it doesn't work. I don't know why.

so my 1st question is: how to control the MRP "F" message type not display? or  how to control the MRP "F" message type not display after I set the work order's "freeze code" as "Y"?
