Define DATE as Table value set for an attribute field

Hello  Team

I have a  DFF  build in my system and for a specific report , i wanted to define that attribute field as an input date parameter of LOV type.

Scenario :

User will run the request by selecting the date and that date we need to  populate from ATTRIBUTE valueset. I wanted to define TABLE LOV kind of value set , not free text.

I tried with few possible scenario to define attribute value set  but couldn't succedd in that.

So finally i  thought to get Oracle expert's suggestion to  get my issue resolve.

NLS_DATE_FORMAT : DD-MON-RR

Any help  please.
