How to change Bank Account Transfer Number

Dear All,

We are using two different ledgers and using Bank Account Transfer in both ledgers issue is when i am processing the standard BAT functionality the sequence number of BAT is not different.

For Example :

Ledger A : BAT Sequence is 1116

Ledger B : BAT Sequence is 1120

I want the BAT sequence of Ledger B should be different and NOT in sequence of above example.
