Does Siebel has or going to have any feature to have live view of other active session?

Hi,

We have a requirement that a CSR wants to view Customers active browser's session so that they can assist resolving the issue. Is there any such feature available in Siebel? or thru third party certified by oracle to use with Siebel ?
