Does each Work Order Have a Different URL Address that we can Hyperlink?

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to link a work order within an application? For example, use a WO URL address in the attachment of a Purchase Order so that when someone opens the PO, they click on the hyperlink to access the WO.
