FDMEE data load issue

I have a weird issue where FDMEE doesn't load for one period for selected entities. I am using 11.1.2.4 version

After successful Export via FDMEE to HFM,I don't see data for some entities when I pull via Smart view. Export works fine for prior months(Sep till Dec) and the issue is with Jan and only with selected entities.Some of the trouble shooting I did were,

1. I have checked these entities are unlocked and Process Control is disabled.

2. I looked at some base level intersection where I have source data, I see it displays as '0' and derived value.
