saml 2.0 : how to configure the assertion customer service url

I have configured SAML 2.0 on weblogic server to act as a service provider. But I can't find how to send the assertion customer service url as part of the authorization request to the idp.

The reason is that I like a redirect to this uri and not the default that is in the metadata loaded in the idp.
