Siebel Action Link is not Working from OBIEE in Siebel Screen

Team,

1) Integrate Siebel with OBIEE 11g as per the bookshelf, was able to navigate from Siebel to OBIEE Analytics Report successfully.

2) Configured same Web server for Siebel and OBIEE

3) Configured Siebel Action Link a per below blog and guide below.

4) When clicked SR number from OBIEE on Siebel Screen to traverse to Siebel Service Request Screen, Getting Error message :
