getting high CPU utilization due to QMON process

Hi Team,

we have PROD-oracle e business R12.1.3 setup on 2 node RAC database ,oracle database version is 11.2.0.4 on RHEL 6.5

we are observing the high CPU utilization on database node-1 due to two QMON background process. there is no CPU load on DB node-2.

Could you please suggest what could be the issue over here.? is there parameter needs to be setup in init.ora

kindly help on this issue.
