Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can we use seeded item category for custom ADR creation

We are trying to create a ADR where the requirement is specific to update an account for specific category.

Can we use any seeded sources for it?
