How to set Allow Tax Applicability' to Yes for all the suppliers and sites

Hi,

We are planning to change the Tax setup option for all suppliers and sites of a particular OU. We want to set the 'Allow Tax Applicability' to 'yes'. Please let us know how to update this flag for all supplier sites other than manually updating each supplier.
