Cancel OL line clears Related order in SL

Is it normal than when we cancel OL lines associated to an SL lines, the related order field (SDRORN) is cleared in F4211 and all related lines in F42199 ?

We are then loosing the originla link between the SL and the OL.

Is there a way to avoid this ?
