My organization has monthly rent payments to the lessors, and then they have variable rent agreements for additional rents once certain breakpoints hit.  However, they do not want to make a payment until they are invoiced from landlord.  But they do want to accrue the additional rents based on the breakpoints.  Is there a way Property Manager handles this?
