Can the SQL Text and Active Session History be restored from a dmp or RMAN backup?

Recently we migrated our database to new servers, we did this with an RMAN full backup. All is working perfect but when I queried the SQL text and Active Session History I only found information from the migration up till now.

I looked in the full dmp backups taken prior the migration but the objects doesn't seem to be added in this type of backup.

Anyone knows if this info is backed up in someway with Data Pump or RMAN and how can it be restored?
