We have some auto assign rules that were ported over from OTM 6.2.10 to 6.3.1, but they get the "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/jaxen/Variable" exception when they are invoked.

The MOS knowledge base turned up doc 1911679.1, which had the following recommendation:

Make sure to update the 3rd Party Libraries. Please follow all instructions in the Installation Readme and apply files to all WEB and all APP servers. (disregard the "optional comments", as all files are required on all servers)
