Unable to configure DCOM for Financial Management

I am trying to import HFM application in OBIEE physical layer. I am using Hyperion 11.1.2.3 and 11.1.1.9 both on Windows environment

I've followed John Goodwin's blog post (More to life...: HFM 11.1.2.4 as a data source in OBIEE) that helps setting up the required components in order to establish that connection.

I am getting following error while configuring DCOM for Financial Management configuration
