Migrating from Classic Client to Fusion

We are considering moving from the RPAS Classic Client to the Fusion Client.  Can anyone please give me some feedback on the difficulties and time estimates on building out and moving to Fusion.  Also, from 1 to 10, 10 being the steepest, what was the training curve like for users moving from Classic to Fusion?  Thanks
