External time collection system compatible with OTL

What external time collection systems are easily compatible with Oracle Time and Labor? We currently use Timekeepers to enter time, rather than self service. Some departments want electronic time systems to be interfaced with Oracle. Is there a list of "approved" systems where there is already a standard interface between these systems and Oracle OTL? Will we need to change to self-service and enter rules before we are able to implement this type of system? We are on Version 12.1 RUP9, I believe.
