ECAC - Estimated Cost at Completion
Hello,
I am brand new to E1 Job costing and my business is asking if there is some sort of FLAG in E1 that will mark a "Phase" complete in a job, if we are budgeting in phases for 1 job.
Example.
Total Job Budget = $1000.000
Phase 1 budget = 5000.00 cost(JA) Actual costs = 2000.00 (aa) Phase is complete
Phase 2 budget = 3000.00 cost(JA) Actual Costs = 4000.00 (aa) Phase is still be worked on.
Phase 3 budget = 2000.00 cost (JA) no actuals yet
If I understand ECAC correctly , the ECAC calculation for phase 1 would be 3000.000 ( JA - AA) but in actuality the phase is complete so there is no MORE costs to come in...Should the ECAC be 0 ?
