No available hardware assets show up when trying to add the asset to the destination SIG

The MOS account : supportcontracts@nttict.com is unable to add the asset to the existing SIG he is managing.

He has tried to move the assets from SI 21035235 to SIG 99933025506881. He is the CUA for both SIs.

But the hardware assets for SI 21035235 are not showing up. Under the SI, there are indeed 2 assets associated with it. They are : 1703NM402N and 1703NM402M.

Would you try to figure out why no hardware assets show up?

This issue can be reproduced on the following steps:

1.Log in to My Oracle Support

2.Navigate to My Account > Administrative > Support Identifiers

3. Click on SIG 99933025506881 .
