E1Local Database Install for 9.2 Upgrade on Deployment Server giving error

Hello experts,

I am upgrading E 9.1 to E 9.2 as per Upgrade Manual for Oracle on Windows 2008 R2 OS. I am getting Error while I try to install E1Local Database OEE on Deployment server as below (also please see attached) : I have taken snap shot of existing 9.1 instance.I am getting E1Local install Error (as per attached) when I tried to install E 9.2 E1Local Database. Your help is much appreciated.
