Is there any way to check if the ptd budget amount exceeds the ytd budget amount ?

Hi ,

  our customer has the following requirement .

Any increase or decrease of budget in different months should not exceed the total budget for year on respective code combination.

           Seems like they want to budget like this .   (budget )Salary Expense for 2017 -- 12 million . (budget )Salary expense for each month is 1 million .

If some one is trying to increase the budget of salary expense say for the month of March then system should check if after addition the budget for the year should

not exceed 12 million .

Is this  possible ?
