Related Products in Siebel

Hi All,

I am trying to add related products to a customizable product. I am using the Administration-Products > Recommendations > Related Products. On clicking New record, Popup window doesn't show all the products and only few Promotions and products are coming. The product which is to be added is correct to pass the search spec at object level. Trying to implement this for first time. Please assist me with your inputs on how to implement this.

It would be very helpful. Thanks.
