asmlib multipath can't be working properly while upgrading storage firmware.

Hi,

I have received Service Request from Client who claim asmlib multipath can't be working properly while upgrading storage firmware.

CT claim why asmlib multipath can't be working properly even though one of links is down while upgrade storage's firmware.

I just found that ASM DISK dismounting when Waited 15 secs for write IO to PST disk 0 in group 4.

How to find out OS or Storage problem. ?

Could you give relevant document or some solution ?
