Is there a way to get around the Oracle Reports 2GB temp/output file limit

EBS 11.5.10.2, Reports 6.0.8.  Receive REP-0081 REP-0124 errors when writing temp file running PO Detail Report.  I've followed MOS notes ensuring $APPLPTMP is in the utl_file_dir and that it has enough disk space.  Also ensured that $REPORTS_TMP has the correct permissions and adequate disk space.   Is the a patch that will enable us to write temp/output files > 2GB?
