International Addresses in US Payroll

We are on Oracle EBS Payroll Release 12 using multiple business groups.  We are only processing payroll in the US.  In the US business group we can currently only enter US addresses.  But we have a requirement to enter some international addresses for expats even though we issue W2 for them for some special payments.  They want the international address on the W2 so we know where to send the W2.  Is it possible to enter international addresses in a US business group and process W2 without a problem?  What configurations would I need to change to accomplish this if
